Low friction and high wear resistance
• The surface is specially lubricated, the friction coefficient is reduced by 30%-40%, and it is matched with a wear-resistant rubber substrate (such as PU or NBR);
• The wear rate under dynamic conditions is only 1/3 of that of ordinary rubber, and the service life is extended by 2-3 times.
Compression and shear resistance
• The U-shaped cross-section design disperses pressure, increases compressive strength by 50%, and achieves shear resistance of 10-15 MPa;
• Suitable for frequent force or dynamic load scenarios (such as automobile chassis support and industrial equipment buffer).
Wide temperature adaptability
• When using EPDM or silicone rubber materials, it can work stably in extreme temperatures from -40℃ to +200℃;
• Suitable for outdoor equipment, northern buildings and high-temperature industrial environments.
Chemical corrosion resistance and waterproofness

FKM (fluororubber): high temperature resistance (-20°C ~ 320°C), chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for high-temperature environments, acid-base media and chemical field seals.
PU (polyurethane): high wear resistance, extrusion resistance, suitable for high-pressure dynamic support, frequent friction or tear resistance.
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber): water-resistant, steam-resistant, aging-resistant, suitable for hot water pipes, outdoor equipment and food-grade seals.
Silicone rubber (VMQ): extreme temperature resistance (-70°C ~ 220°C), good biocompatibility, suitable for medical equipment, laboratories and low-temperature environments.
