Material Properties
High density and uniformity
The extrusion process ensures that the material density deviation is ≤3% and the thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.2mm, eliminating the porosity and stress concentration problems of traditional molded sheets.
Wide temperature adaptability
Extruded rubber sheet is made of EPDM or silicone rubber material, which can withstand the temperature range of -50℃ to +200℃, resist UV rays, ozone and damp heat aging, and has an outdoor service life of more than 10 years.
Compression permanent deformation resistance
Compression permanent deformation rate (70℃×24h) ≤15%, rebound rate after long-term compression ≥90%, ensuring long-term adhesion of the sealing interface.
Chemical resistance and flame retardancy
EPDM material is resistant to acid, alkali, steam and polarity, silicone rubber is compatible with food grade scenes, and optional flame retardant formula (UL94 V-0 grade) meets fire safety requirements.
Multifunctional composite design
This extruded rubber sheet supports sandwich composite metal mesh, fiber cloth or conductive layer, and simultaneously achieves electromagnetic shielding, enhanced tensile strength or static dissipation functions.

Q: Do you provide sample ? Is it free?
A: If the stock sample is low value, we will provide the free sample with freight collect. But for some high value samples, we need to collect the sample charge.

100% payment before production if the product value is less than USD10,000.
50% payment before production and the balance will be paid before shipment if the product value is over USD10,000.
Mold Cost:
No matter how much the mold cost is, we must receive 100% mold cost before production.
