Material Properties

 

 

Resistant to extreme temperatures and weathering

Extruded rubber seals are made of ‌EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer)‌ or ‌silicone rubber (VMQ)‌ materials, can withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C to +250°C, are resistant to UV rays, ozone, and humid environments, and have an outdoor service life of more than 15 years.

 

Chemical resistance and environmental adaptability

• Dense molecular structure;
• Excellent barrier properties to acids, alkalis, oils, solvents and oxidizing media;
• EPDM material is more suitable for water vapor environments, while silicone rubber is compatible with food and medical grade scenarios.

 

High rebound and anti-compression deformation ‌

The dynamic compression deformation rate is less than 15%, and the elastic modulus is scientifically optimized to ensure rapid rebound after long-term pressure, and no gap remains on the sealing interface.
