Extruded Rubber Tubing

Extruded rubber tubing uses EPDM/FKM substrate, with a temperature range of -70°C~+220°C (instantaneous temperature peak 350°C), and has passed the ASTM D865 heat aging test (168h@150°C), with an ozone resistance of 250pphm.

• Molecular structure is compacted, acid and alkali resistance range is up to pH 0.3-14.5;
• Oil resistance (IRM903 oil immersion for 168h) volume expansion rate <3%, can resist more than 98% of industrial solvent penetration.

HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile): resistant to 130°C high temperature oil medium, tear strength ≥35MPa, used in automotive turbocharger pipelines

FKM (fluororubber): resistant to 320°C pyrolysis environment, 5 times more resistant to strong acid and alkali, suitable for chemical reactor medium transmission

Platinum vulcanized silicone: medical grade purity, -100°C ultra-low temperature flexibility, suitable for biopharmaceutical freeze-drying system

Conductive EPDM: volume resistivity 10²~10⁵Ω·cm, static dissipation rate <0.1s, suitable for special gas transportation in semiconductor factories
