Product Introduction:
Extruded rubber tubing is a hollow tubular elastic conduit manufactured by a continuous precision extrusion process.
It adopts a multi-layer composite structure design (inner lining layer/reinforcement layer/outer protective layer) and is specially developed for high-demand fluid transmission systems.
This product breaks through the bottleneck of heavy weight and limited flexibility of traditional rubber tubes. By optimizing the hollow ratio and the layout of the reinforcement layers, it reduces weight by 45% while increasing the pressure bearing capacity by 60%. It also has ultra-low flow resistance and anti-collapse properties.
